Product of Organic Cultivation produced from the Certified Olive groves of Toplou Monastery and from the region of Sitia Lasithiou Kritis, from farmers that are sharing the same passion for high quality product. It is made exclusively from "Koroneiki" variety olives. Their fruit is processed on the same day and the olive oil is extracted with cold extraction method (olive oil treatment temperature <27 ° C), with the technology of biphasic separation without adding water, thus protecting the aroma, taste, color and natural antioxidant characteristics .
 

Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is distinguished by its balanced, medium fruity aroma, its light bitter and spicy taste, highlighting tempting flavors reminiscent of pear and citrus, leaving a long lasting pleasant aftertaste.
