The extra virgin olive oil is a product produced from fresh and healthy olives using only mechanical methods (milling, knead, centrifugation, filtration) without any further processing. This is why it is also considered as a natural juice. It is a 100% from the "Koroneiki" variety. The olive trees are cultivated with absolutely viable methods. The Koroneic olives are harvested by hand, without any mechanical methods, crushed in the mill a few hours after harvesting and the olive oil is separated by cold pressing. This ensures the preservation of low acidity, unique flavors and high nutrients of olive oil.
